Squeeze in one last summer getaway! This spacious 6-bedroom home in Ewing, NJ is a private oasis with an in-ground saltwater pool, huge yard, large deck, and your own stretch of Shabakunk Creek—perfect for soaking up the final weeks of pool season before Labor Day.

Just over an hour from New York City, it's an easy escape for city dwellers craving green space, quiet, and room to breathe. It's also a favorite home base for Sesame Place families, sports tournament groups, family vacations, and gatherings for weddings and other family occasions—anyone who needs space for a big group to spread out, cook together, and relax.

**Getting here is easy:**

🚗 Philadelphia: ~45–50 min (≈40 miles) via I-295 & I-95

🚗 Sesame Place: ~20 minutes

🚆 Public transit available via NJ Transit and SEPTA

**About the home:**

Drive a few minutes from the interstate and over our little bridge into a beautiful, private oasis in the middle of everything!

Spread out in the six-bedroom house. Stay an extra day just to sip lemonade on the huge deck. Cool off in our saltwater pool, write your novel in the little gazebo or scout for bass, turtles and crayfish in our private section of Shabakunk Creek. In the evening, throw dinner on the grill and enjoy family time around the gas fire pit.

The house is central to Sesame Place, Princeton University and The College of New Jersey in suburban Philadelphia. Enjoy everything this area has to offer and retreat to your private homestead at night.

**ADDITIONAL INFO AND POLICIES:**

The house is ideal for groups of business travelers as well as families visiting for events such as weddings and graduations. We supply a hood hair dryer to facilitate set curls and updo's for special occasions.

**POOL:**

16 x 36 ft. saltwater pool for your exclusive use.

Open Memorial Day through Labor Day.

It is not heated.

The shallow end ranges from depths of 3.3 to 4.3 ft. The deep end is 8 ft.

**Bed specs:**

We have a range of bed sizes and types to suit individual preferences.

Lower floor:
- Bedroom #1 with queen bed
- Bedroom #2 with queen bed

Upper floor:
- Bedroom #3 with two twin beds
- Bedroom #4 with one queen bed
- Bedroom #5 with one king bed
- Bedroom #6 with one twin bed

Common area beds:
- Four foldable (twin) memory foam mattresses
- One futon chair

**KITCHEN:**

Stocked with dinnerware, pots, pans, utensils, etc.

Appliances include a toaster and a Keurig K-Cup coffee maker.

We supply coffee, cooking oil, salt and pepper for your convenience.

**DINING ROOM:**

Our dining table seats six. We supply a folding table and ten chairs to extend seating capacity for larger groups. These are in the closet of the downstairs queen bedroom.

**BATHROOMS:**

The home has two full bathrooms, one on each floor. They both have shower-tub combos.

The downstairs bath has a Jacuzzi jetted tub. It also has a grab bar on the wall near the toilet.

**LAUNDRY:**

You'll have exclusive access to our washer and dryer. These are in the smaller downstairs bedroom.

**SECURITY:**

We have two exterior security cameras: one at the front door and one at the back door.

Please note: the owner may occasionally access separate basement storage during your stay.

The basement has its own private entrance and is fully separate from the guest living space.

We offer quick, easy check-in with keypad locks.
