YOUR HOMESTEAD:

Drive a few minutes from the interstate and over our little bridge into a beautiful, private oasis in the middle of everything!

Spread out in the six-bedroom house. Stay an extra day just to sip lemonade on the huge deck. In the summer months, cool off in our saltwater pool, write your novel in the little gazebo or scout for bass, turtles and crayfish in our private section of Shabakunk Creek. In the evening, throw dinner on the grill and enjoy family time around the gas fire pit.

The house is central to Sesame Place, Princeton University and The College of New Jersey in suburban Philadelphia. Enjoy everything this area has to offer and retreat to your private homestead at night.

Please note that the owner has storage in the basement and may be on the premises during your stay. The basement has its own entrance and is separate from the living space.

ADDITIONAL INFO AND POLICIES:

The house is ideal for groups of business travelers as well as families visiting for events such as weddings and graduations. We supply a hood hair dryer to facilitate set curls and updo's for special occasions.

POOL:

16 x 36 ft. saltwater pool for your exclusive use.
Open Memorial Day through Labor Day.
It is not heated.
The shallow end ranges from depths of 3.3 to 4.3 ft. The deep end is 8 ft.

BEDS:

We have a range of bed sizes and types to suit individual preferences.

Lower floor:
- Bedroom #1 with queen bed
- Bedroom #2 with queen bed

Upper floor:
- Bedroom #3 with two twin beds
- Bedroom #4 with one queen bed
- Bedroom #5 with one king bed
- Bedroom #6 with one twin bed

Common area beds:
-Three foldable (twin) memory foam mattresses
-One rolling cot with foam mattress
-One futon chair

KITCHEN:

Stocked with dinnerware, pots, pans, utensils, etc.
Appliances include a toaster and a Keurig K-Cup coffee maker.

We supply coffee, cooking oil, salt and pepper for your convenience.

DINING ROOM:

The dining room table seats six. We keep a folding table and ten folding chairs in the closet of the downstairs queen bedroom to extend seating capacity for larger groups.

BATHROOMS:

The home has two full bathrooms, one on each floor.
The downstairs bath has a Jacuzzi jetted tub. It also has a grab bar on the wall near the toilet.

LAUNDRY:

You'll have exclusive access to our washer and dryer. These are in the smaller downstairs bedroom.

We have two exterior security cameras: one at the front door and one at the back door.

We offer quick, easy check-in with keypad locks.
